Overview
YI-OneClick is designed as an operating layer for small and medium-sized businesses: customer operations, dashboarding, workflow libraries, a unified inbox, and an AI Center. Instead of being only a data-entry product, it brings AI into real workflows: task classification, next-step suggestions, response assistance, workflow orchestration, and model cost tracking.
Problem
Small teams often manage customers, messages, workflows, and internal data across fragmented tools. Once AI enters the workflow, the harder problems are not just model calls, but data permissions, approval flows, cost, latency, run history, and operational control.

Approach
The system is built around Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis, with an event-driven and state-oriented workflow approach. The AI Gateway handles model routing, fallback, cost tracking, and quality/latency observability. Workflows are packaged as templates that are easier to use than technical automation tools while preserving logs, permissions, approvals, and integration scalability.

Behind The Project

AI belongs inside the workflow

YI-OneClick does not treat AI as a chatbot beside the product. AI is placed inside operating steps: reading context, classifying work, suggesting actions, running workflows, and leaving sensitive steps for human approval.

Workflow has to be easier

Powerful automation tools often require technical thinking. OneClick leans toward templates and a friendlier builder while preserving run history, retries, permissions, and audits.

Cost is part of the architecture

The strongest model is not always the best choice. The system needs routing, fallback, cost tracking, and quality observability to optimize per task type.
